Steven Davis - Managing Director

Graduated from Amherst College and Harvard Business School. During his 20-year career in international banking, he directed J.P. Morgan's French research group and was head of European operations for Bankers Trust.

Since founding DIBC, his consulting work has focused on bank strategy, mergers and acquisitions, competitor benchmarking and organisational issues. He has also written numerous published research reports on the major global issues facing banks and insurance companies.

Steve has organised and directed over 100 public and in-house seminars. He is the author of fifteen books on the banking sector, including Excellence in Banking, Managing Change in the Excellent Banks, Leadership in Financial Institutions: Lessons for the Future and, most recently, Excellence in Banking - Revisited and Banking in Turmoil: Strategies for sustainable growth.
